Disappointing Experience but Great Staff

While my stay was marred by cleanliness issues, the friendly front desk staff made me feel welcomed. I also enjoyed a lovely dinner at the onsite restaurant, which was a highlight. I recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations for a more pleasant experience.

We had a fantastic time on our group vacation! After a day of activity, we visited Columbia Point Golf Course and Tagaris Winery, both conveniently close. The hotel was clean, quiet, and safe, perfect for our stay. The staff was friendly and always made us feel at home. I'd definitely recommend it for a fun getaway with friends!

The only downside was that the toilet in our room wasn't very clean, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, it didn't ruin our experience.

However, the night was disrupted by an unmanageable room temperature. the fan would not run, leaving us uncomfortably warm throughout our stay. I appreciated the delicious biscuits offered, but the temperature issue was a significant drawback.

The staff could not have been more friendly, always smiling and welcoming like they actually enjoyed their jobs. The pool area was fantastic, with a slide and rock walls that my kids wouldn't stop talking about!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.
